Gilfus Venture Partners, LLC (GVP) formed by Stephen Gilfus a founder of DC based Blackboard Inc. (Nasdaq:BBBB) was created to stimulate and advance the development of internet leveraged ventures. The group provides three core services to early to mid stage entrepreneurs and other Private Equity, Venture Capital Firms.
